The Premier Reservation option (full table) allows you to purchase, exclusively through our website, your table in Tasting format at a lower price than you would at the restaurant.

What do we get with this...?
Know in advance how many diners we will have that day, better adjusting the purchase of local and seasonal products, which makes it more sustainable; We will also achieve better room management.

The names of the tastings refer to the nicknames by which our families are known on the maternal and paternal sides.
